Submission of a dispute does not guarantee reversal or refund of any charges; each case is reviewed individually, and we make no promises or assurances of a favorable outcome, even if you are awaiting our decision. Furthermore, if the tow is legally valid under applicable property rules, we are under no obligation to provide any response, reversal, or refund; claims based on personal hardship, alleged false or unclear signage, or other mitigating factors do not constitute grounds for relief, as our operations comply with all legal requirements. We may contact the property management for further clarification during our review. Only the registered vehicle owner or an authorized driver may file a dispute, and any false, incomplete, or improperly documented submissions may be disregarded without notice.
